Juster Development is a privately owned real estate investment company established over 40 years ago.  The company's real estate portfolio, built through development and acquisition, is held for current and long-term yield.

Juster Development, and its affiliates, own and manage nineteen shopping centers from Maine to Florida, totaling in excess of 2,000,000 square feet.  In addition, the portfolio includes a 230,000 square foot commercial office building in the Washington, DC central business district.

Among the company's recent successes are the development of Palm Crossings shopping center in West Melbourne, Florida and the renovation and conversion of the former Village Lodge hotel in Stratton, Vermont to residential condominiums.

The company's current projects include a luxury single-family residential development on newly acquired Oak Island off the South Carolina coast.
