Juster Development is a privately owned real estate investment company established over 40 years ago.  The company's real estate portfolio, built through development and acquisition, is held for current and long-term yield.

Juster Development, and its affiliates, own and manage twenty shopping centers along the East Coast, totaling in excess of 2,000,000 square feet.  In addition, the portfolio includes the newly acquired Christiana Building, a class A, 204,000 sq ft commercial office building in Westchester County, New York.

Among the company's recent successes are the expansion of Palm Crossings shopping center in West Melbourne, Florida and the renovation and conversion of the former Village Lodge hotel in Stratton, Vermont to residential condominiums.

The company's current projects include a luxury single-family residential development on newly acquired Oak Island off the South Carolina coast.
