About Us

Juster Development is a privately owned real estate investment company established over 40 years ago. The company's real estate portfolio, built through development and acquisition, is held for current and long-term yield.

Juster Development, and its affiliates, own and manage eighteen shopping centers along the East Coast, totaling almost 2,000,000 square feet. In addition, the portfolio includes the Christiana Building, a class A, 204,000 sq ft commercial office building in Westchester County, New York.

Among the company's past successes are the expansion of Palm Crossings shopping center in West Melbourne, Florida and the renovation and conversion of the former Village Lodge hotel in Stratton, Vermont to residential condominiums.

The company’s current projects include the potential redevelopment of the Stratford NJ retail property (a mix of uses is being evaluated, including residential) as well as a luxury duplex-family residential development on Oak Island off the South Carolina coast.
